Francine Beleyi is a bilingual French/English specialist in change leadership with 13 years of diverse & international business experience. She has worked for blue chip companies, SMEs and Not for profit organisations across industries. She has led and coordinated successfully multi-millions pounds projects, improving people and organisations’ effectiveness before creating her own company Nucleus of change in 2008.
