Objectives

The early signs of economy are now visible. Successful businesses scan beyond their immediate environment to look at opportunities that could provide a major breakthrough.

In a predictable environment planning and forecasting are good methodologies to plan for the future however in a uncertain world those methods do not work.  A different set of tools and methodologies is needed to make sense of the environment. In this interactive seminar,  Francine Beleyi, founder of Nucleus of change will share with you some of the latest work regarding future trends and what the implications can be on small businesses

What we will cover

-          Explore the latest Futures work for London and its implication for small businesses in the City

-          Discover two methodologies of Futures studies: ‘Driver analysis’ and ‘the seven questions’ to generate innovative ideas and clarify the vision for  your business

-          How to anticipate change by spotting what is going on in your sector and beyond

How you will benefit

-          You will meet with other entrepreneurs to share ideas and find solutions to your current challenges

-          Step back from your daily routine to reflect on the bigger picture with peers and open to new ideas and possibilities

-          By the end of this session you will be able to use the tools learnt to deal successfully with your current challenges

-          You  will be equipped to develop a clear action plan to put easily in practice in your organisation to prepare for the economic upturn

-          Use the tools and techniques learned  as a way of engaging people and share the company’s vision

Who should attend

-          Entrepreneurs, small business owners

-          Individuals wanting to start their own business
